It's not easy closing deals in the REI space, but when you got a legit realtor like Kalvin, safe to say you'll be in good hands. Had a deal against all odds, contemplating if I should entertain a property in Glendale, with no opportunity to expand the lot unless we leveled the soil that was sloped all the way down to the main street, also panoramic views of the cemetery, just over all tough projection of a high resell value given the circumstances. The only way I'd have any opportunity with it is if I got it deeply discounted, that's where Kalvin came in and fought tooth and nail to get us the best price possible, and delivered with a huge discount off the list price. We managed to get it under contract DEEPLY discounted, on top of that.. he was able to graciously ask for another reduction to help our profits on the back end bare more fruit as margins were looking a little tight during the underwriting process. If this was any other agent, they'd probably resist and give us the whole "that's not gonna work, and you'll lose the deal" response. Add Kalvin in your rolodex if you want an agent that'll get you through the mud in a tough climate.
